Customer Success Promotional Release Form

By checking “Yes” on the LeafSide Customer Success Stories application you grant LeafSide, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your submitted photos, videos, stories, and quotes (the “Content”)—in whole or in part—for marketing and promotional purposes across any media (including print, email, social, web, and ads). You agree LeafSide may make edits for length/clarity and combine the Content with other materials, and that no compensation is owed. You release LeafSide from claims arising from permitted use of the Content. This permission is irrevocable for uses already made in good faith.
