After over a year, I lost 30lbs and reduced my cholesterol by simply by eating LeafSide Meals or oatmeal for breakfast.
Before I tried LeafSide I was a border line diabetic with high cholesterol and stage 2 fatty liver disease.
The LeafSide meals taste Amazing!!
I spent $350 and it lasted a month and a half. Think about it for a min.... How much do You spend a month on groceries?
This is a nutritionally dense meal that you don't need to add ANYTHING to it but hot water 💗
It's So Complete and Easy and it Actually Tastes GOOD.
The other thing is it's also Really Filling!! I used to be able to eat a whole pizza by my self (seriously) but 1 of these will fill me up. My first order lasted me a month and a half because there were times I could only eat half of it because I felt full. I am not kidding!!

I've been coming back from several health problems. Obesity was one problem but I also had 2 stokes in June 2021, constipation, no energy and had to use a cane to walk.
Then a friend told me about LeafSide and I tried it. Then the amazing customer service started: They confirmed my order, gave me every step, they packaged the food & sent it, they let me know that the package was coming and when it arrived. Then they followed up and made sure everything was ok. I feel appreciated & loved by them!!
Best things! In 3 months, I Lost 37 lbs, no cane, can't wait to live life everyday and my exercise has improved. I now ride a stationary bike for an hour a day! LeafSide fulfilled an important requirement for good health - eat good - live longer and enjoy every minute! 🌿💪

Been using LeafSide for 13 months. Great customer service. It has brought my husband's LDL down 100 points from 250 to 141.
It has normalized his thyroid, he can have full sun exposure without burning, he no longer snores and sleep apnea is gone!
His malignant tumor shrank 85% and he lost 40 lbs too.

My hubby and I have been plant based for almost 10 years. We’re both in our mid 50’s. When we started, there weren’t a lot of vegan “fast food” options or “junk food”. Gradually, almost without thinking, we’ve replaced a lot of our food with very crummy food - vegan, yes. Whole food? Nope. So we’ve gained some weight, and, more importantly, our cholesterol has gone up and our blood has changed for the worse. Then, miraculously, our doctor recommends LeafSide. Btw: we live and travel full time on a boat so getting wfpb has been an issue anyway!
After just two weeks of both of us eating LeafSide, we feel like a million bucks! We’ve lost weight and our energy is higher. The LeafSide meals are so nutritionally dense that we feel full quicker and stay full longer.

I'm an avid fan and perhaps even follower of LeafSide! I eat at least one meal per day, sometimes two!
Thank you LeafSide for all you do to make my life easier and healthier. 👍 I wish I would have discovered these meals years ago when I began my plant-based journey. I've lost weight since I started eating LeafSide meals 3 months ago, and I'm feeling better overall. I'm finally consuming more well-rounded nutrition than ever before.
