These are good. When traveling, the meals are an excellent way to stay 100% plant-based. My gut flora, however, liked these too much at the time. I have finally adjusted, however, and may resubscribe soon.

We brought LeafSide meals with us on our last road-trip. It was worth it! We had hot meals and supplemented with hummus, vegetables, fruit, and nuts!

The Smoky Pea Soup is delicious - mixing it with some extra cooked potatoes and vegetables to serve tonight while camping, and there's enough leftovers for our picnic lunch tomorrow -yay!
