We are on our first batch and have enjoyed them ALL! We got two smoothies this time, and they sure came in handy when I had to run to dog training quickly. I threw it in the Nutri-bullet, and off I ran!

I use one savory bowl for two lunches for hubby, over a grain or potatoes. Hubby loves it, and I love no prep. I put two savory bowls over the potatoes/grains for four lunches, then add some frozen veggies, and he is a happy camper. It takes about 15 minutes to do it all!

I just reordered my next batch. Love it! I thought the Creamy Forest Mushroom Savory-Bowl was great! Give them a try! 😍

Great Meals!

Wholesome, nutritious, super delicious, convenient to travel, and to store. I was hesitant at the beginning because of the price. I am about to start my third month supply, and so far it is worth the investment.

I have autoimmune disease, and these alternatives are so healthy and practical!

I tend to lack nutrition when trying to eat healthy. With LeafSide I don’t have to sweat for ingredients, recipes, time to cook….Every pouch is a whole dinner, a whole meal! Each pouch has most of the recommended daily dozen.

These meals are yummy, all of those that I have tried.

See how much you pay for organic ingredients, going to the market , take out, Olive Garden, or MacDonald’s, or Starbucks coffee with donut, and it will be always more than a LeafSide meal costs. Add rice to a soup or a bowl, and you have two dinners!

I have less stress about what I eat that could be inconvenient for my condition.

Love love love LeafSide! 💖 I was tickled to open my first box and see that the meals were indeed real food. I ordered the meals I thought I would like and so far I am loving them.

I eat WFPB, but struggle because my family still wants omni meals. I was cooking so much that I was getting burned out and started eating vegan junk food. I could tell I was putting on weight.

Now, I am so thankful for these meals and the way they give me my Daily Dozen on days when I don't want to cook. Since going WFPB, my fibromyalgia and trigeminal neuralgia have gone into remission, I have zero chronic pain so the lifestyle is very important to maintain! ✅

The LeafSide products help by giving me variety and convenience. I can eat the meal itself or add to it and stretch the meal. I stretch the Broccoli Cashew Alfredo Savory-Bowl with more vegetables and whole grain pasta because I love it so much that I want to eat it for lunch and dinner! If you are debating whether to order or not, I would say go for it!

I'm not much of a cook but I'm a great assembler!

LeafSide meals are easy & quick and I have the peace of mind knowing that I'm getting all the plant-strong nutrition that I need plus delicious taste.

I add some extra veggies like chopped red pepper, mushrooms, & tomatoes, and spinach. I usually add some extra soy curls too since one doctored-up packet makes 2 satisfying meals for me - my lunches.

I'm using some smoothies for light, early dinners in the summer. I follow Dr. Greger and it's comforting to know that he approves LeafSide's nutrient requirements.

When I visit family and friends I always take a couple of meals with me so that I can still have my plant-strong food. I appreciate LeafSide, their company and mission, and their service.

I placed my 3rd order last week for 37 meals. I’ve lost 5 lbs in 2.2 weeks. I’ve also exercised in addition to the LeafSide meals.

The meals aren’t necessarily low in calories, but at least I can track my nutritional intake (which is stellar with all the good stuff in these meals) and portion size, and they definitely keep me full for a long time.

They “burn clean” as my husband would say.

He never minds splitting one with me because he likes them, too.

We recently had the Madras Curry Savory-Bowl over brown rice (I added spinach and mushrooms) and the Loaded Tex-Mex Burrito Meal-Mod and he loved them!
