I enjoy LeafSide meals daily. My cholesterol is looking great and my bloodwork improved a ton!
Nine months after starting LeafSide and eating a lot of salads, my cholesterol and A1C plummeted.
LeafSide meals are EXCELLENT! I really have a good rhythm with both breakfast bowls and lunch bowls.
I am able to use half the meal during the day, and reduce calories, yet get the high nutrient content.....they are delicious and I love that they store well in the fridge and taste great even after I re-heat.
This is the most delicious food! The variety is amazing. I just started yesterday with two meals, one sweet and one savory. I was amazed that after only one day, I slept uninterrupted all night long. When I woke up, my head was clear and my stomach felt calm. This is the food I have been dreaming of since my decision to adopt the WFPB vegan diet. Thank you so much! Just reordered so I have enough for the entire month 🥰

LeafSide meals are the perfect reset for me. I can't deny, that I feel healthier, have more energy, and sleep better. Overall I feel great.
It's much easier to resist binging when food is in front of me. I willingly reach for nuts or veggies with hummus in lieu of the snacks and sweets sitting in the pantry from my previous way of eating.

I am so very, very thankful for the LeafSide meals.
When I was first introduced to them, I was considering these meals as a clean supplemental meal to my homemade meals, a quick grab to take to lunch if I was running behind. Now, I have literally no kitchen whatsoever. We had to demo the kitchen in the house we moved into and it is taking a while. I am highly attentive to the quality of food I eat as I am maintaining a 100# weight loss for the past 16+ yrs. LeafSide's meals have become invaluable as they are nutritionally sound, Salt/Oil/Sugar-Free upon request (this is HUGE), very cost effective, health supportive, and taste darned great. Having these meals as a means of staying on track has made the stress of the demo and renovation less troublesome and problematic.
I recently had bloodwork done to set baselines as I start with a new physician. My numbers are great and I do believe that having real foods, healthy foods, that are thoughtfully planned to support health and are quality ingredients has contributed to those numbers.
