Love love love LeafSide! ๐Ÿ’– I was tickled to open my first box and see that the meals were indeed real food. I ordered the meals I thought I would like and so far I am loving them.

I eat WFPB, but struggle because my family still wants omni meals. I was cooking so much that I was getting burned out and started eating vegan junk food. I could tell I was putting on weight.

Now, I am so thankful for these meals and the way they give me my Daily Dozen on days when I don't want to cook. Since going WFPB, my fibromyalgia and trigeminal neuralgia have gone into remission, I have zero chronic pain so the lifestyle is very important to maintain! โœ…

The LeafSide products help by giving me variety and convenience. I can eat the meal itself or add to it and stretch the meal. I stretch the Broccoli Cashew Alfredo Savory-Bowl with more vegetables and whole grain pasta because I love it so much that I want to eat it for lunch and dinner! If you are debating whether to order or not, I would say go for it!

This is the most delicious food! The variety is amazing. I just started yesterday with two meals, one sweet and one savory. I was amazed that after only one day, I slept uninterrupted all night long. I've been eating LeafSide for around a year and attempted to recreate these meals myself. I am a great cook and have been a vegan for years, but I could not recreate the abundant ingredients in each pack for the value that LeafSide offers.

I was spending an insane amount of time and money at the store picking up ingredients, as well as the time I had to spend preparing the recipes. In a matter of a week and a half of eating 2 LeafSide meals a day, my skin is back to looking clear and fresh, my gut health is in its prime condition, and my energy has skyrocketed.

One thing is for sure, I will never be caught without LeafSide again! The subscription model gives me one less thing to worry about and the nutritious meals just show up at my doorstep. Thank you LeafSide for making a busy and fulfilling life possible while keeping my body healthy and happy! I 100% RECOMMEND IT!

Crystal's story (on LeafSide's website) is very inspiring, because I have some of the same issues.

I have many health issues: heart failure, high blood pressure, and diabetes worries. They run in my family and being African American, am more prone to this condition. I've also had a heart attack, and a bypass, and most recently a stroke! I struggle to be healthy: Here it is very hard to do a lot of prep or cooking. I'm familiar with vegetarian and vegan diet, I've always preferred veganism because cheese and milk makes me sick. I think I'm lactose sensitive plus I don't want to ingest food meant for baby cows. ๐Ÿฎ And I've seen films about what happens to animals used for meat, it 's disgusting!

I'm living in an independent senior facility, but the food is very bad โ€” even the vegetarian options they offer are still full of cheese, fat, and salt, and too many desserts. I live in a small room with my own bathroom, a microwave, and fridge, but no kitchen โ€” which makes meal prep very difficult. And having to wash dishes in the bathroom is no fun.

So your food has been a godsend for me: Easy to prepare, tasty, and no animals harmed! ๐Ÿ’š I also need to watch my weight, especially being disabled and having to use a walker when I can, and a wheelchair. You don't want to be overweight trying to get around on these devices. They are already for me hard to use, It takes a lot of energy! And I am no spring chicken!!

I like the videos too with very helpful information on additional things you can add to the dishes and hints on prep. And things to use for prep!!

We're getting through our first LeafSide box. We don't feel as hungry as we used to, and we have more energy, no bloating, and weโ€™re losing weight. ๐Ÿ‘ The meals are packed with all kinds of nutrients.

Sometimes we first do things like saute extra veggies (fresh or frozen), potatoes, onions, etc., and one LeafSide meal turns into two. It also thickens it up, and adds more texture. We love experimenting that way. And very easy on time, money and dishes! โœ… Definitely will order again.
