Just got my first box of 23 meals. Tried a couple. The taste is delicious, and the portions are quite generous—sometimes enough for two meals! I loved the Sweet Potato Dal Soup! So simple to prepare, and it takes the guesswork out.

You can easily 'extend' them. For example, I add extra pasta (which is cheap!) and mushrooms to the Lentil Tomato Pasta Savory-Bowl, making two or three servings! You can do this with all of them. Find inexpensive ways to 'extend' them over two or three meals, and you'll really get your money's worth. My husband loves these. They are very hearty.

Oh, LeafSide meals are very filling. I stayed full from 9 am when I ate a meal until 5 pm. I am on my feet all day, going strong. Then, I could not eat a full regular, non-LeafSide meal like I normally do. I have half a Leafside meal with greens, then have the other half at night. These are power-packed for sure.
