These LeafSide meals are seriously life changing!! 🌟
I travel very often for my job and eating WFPB can be challenging in airports and at hotel rooms without a kitchen (or the time to go to the store and try to cook with a microwave). 💼🌍
The price per meal really isn’t bad when you consider how much healthier this is compared to food delivery. I’m hooked!! 💚
The Berry Medley Sweet-Bowl is a delicious, oatmeal breakfast! 🍓🍇🥣 In the airport, I was starving and packed my travel bowl and one meal in my carry-on, went to a coffee shop and asked for hot water (free) and made it right there in the airport! I poured the hot water in the bowl, added the meal, stirred and let sit for 7-10 minutes. BAM! Meal ready. 🔥 (Side note - The Starbucks grande cup is about 2 cups of water!) The oatmeal bowl is enough for two people. 👥
Also, I contacted the company and asked if I could get my meals earlier due to a last minute work trip that was booked. They suggested to order the meals 1-1.5 weeks before you need it. I ordered and needed my meals within 5 days. I asked if I could pay for expedited shipping and customer service looked into it for me. They said it was a nominal fee, and I got my meals 1 day before I flew out!! 📦✈️
I am SO impressed with their customer service. Very quick to respond, professional, and took care of me! I’m sold on LeafSide! 💯💚

Hi LeafSide, I appreciate everything you do for me. 👍 I'm especially appreciative that you let me know a couple days in advance that my order is coming up. It lets me decide if I need the next order immediately or not. My current pattern is to go through one order about every two months, and I'm glad you let me know so I don't overwhelm my kitchen with packets.
I'm also especially appreciative of the recipes you send along, and how each smoothie I make provides at least one meal, and often two.
Since I started my program of dietary improvements, which has included your products, my energy has improved, my focus has improved, and I've lost weight! 💚
Just thought I'd tell you. Our world is much too focused on what is wrong, and I believe deeply that we need to consciously remind ourselves to acknowledge what is right. Well done! Luck and skill to you in all things.

The LeafSide meals are part of my plan to save my sanity while eating healthily, and reducing our weight & cholesterol. ✅ Cooking vegan from scratch is very time consuming!
These are definitely at least two meals per packet, even more based on some of the Meal-Mod ideas and extensions included on the LeafSide website. So far my husband can't tell that I've been extending the LeafSide meals, and so far he hasn't been able to tell or hasn't seemed to care that they are vegan or vegetarian, THEY ARE THAT TASTY! 😋 I can see stretching the meals further by adding grains & veggies or protein. We do add some seasoning of our own. We have mostly tried the savory menu.
I'm also adding the savings of no shopping, schlepping, slicing, dicing, or planning. My brain is fried & I'm tired of it all. This plan is a lifesaver. I might start cooking, again, and I might not. For now, LeafSide will be filling in the gaps.

I've been eating LeafSide for at least 6 months.
I realize some may be thinking,"can't you just microwave something or go buy a cup of noodles or those dried soups for a fraction of the cost?"
I get it, but if you read the LeafSide meals' ingredients, they're incredibly high quality. 🌿
I've actually tried going to the store to recreate the taste of LeafSide meals, but have been unsuccessful.
You can get two small meals out of one if you're looking to stretch how long your meals last.
I bring LeafSide meals to work and store them in plastic Tupperware with a lid. I use boiling water, cover for ten minutes, and it's ready.

I placed my 3rd order last week for 37 meals. I’ve lost 5 lbs in 2.2 weeks. I’ve also exercised in addition to the LeafSide meals.
The meals aren’t necessarily low in calories, but at least I can track my nutritional intake (which is stellar with all the good stuff in these meals) and portion size, and they definitely keep me full for a long time.
They “burn clean” as my husband would say.
He never minds splitting one with me because he likes them, too.
