I am on the road as a hospice chaplain. I bought this and a water kettle boiler that plugs into my car. What a great way to keep me from driving to restaurants and fast food; I can usually make one into two meals!

Received my box today and had the Lentil Tomato Pasta Savory-Bowl for lunch and the Apple Cinnamon Crunch Sweet-Bowl for dinner. Delicious and simple! So grateful to have healthy choices at my fingertips when I’m too lazy to cook or for travel!
