The Lentil Tomato Pasta Savory-Bowl turned into three meals when I added a bag of frozen broccoli to it. So, that makes the price per meal pretty reasonable for a no-work, shelf-stable, impeccable nutrition option. I don't see any surprising ingredients in this one, except maybe dates, which I think they use anytime they want sweetness.
