We have been eating WFPB for three years now. My daughter was diagnosed with Lupus at age 11. Our entire family of five completed the whole food plant-based Goodbye Lupus program to support our daughter and not have temptations in our home. In 9 weeks, her Lupus fully reversed with all labs negative. She has been Lupus free for three years. My husband’s 25-year high cholesterol is now normal. My IBS, Restless Leg Syndrome, and fibromyalgia symptoms are all gone.
Our oldest daughter since experienced severe COVID causing Hashimoto. She is leaving to college and I am going to provide her favorite Leafside meals to fall back on.

I live a whole food plant-based lifestyle. When I travel and am in a hotel room, all I have to do is boil water, stir, and wait 10 minutes, and I've got a healthy, nutritious meal. Also, when I'm at home and don't have time to cook a nutritious meal, I only need to boil water. Now, here's the thing: I can make this nutritious meal that is whole food plant-based in 10 minutes, but it's just the convenience of it, and I know that. You know what? I just thought of something just as important: they are very delicious, the meals are very delicious.
The meals worked out great! They were so convenient for my travel at the end of last month. 🚗
What I didn't end up using during the trip, I just threw into my regular meal rotation once I got home. 🍽️
The meals are so easy to make, and I found the savory-bowls and soups were definitely standouts as far as taste and texture for me. 😋

I am on my third month of eating Leafside meals. What a difference! No stress, pick what looks good to me that day, and add water; I add a little miso and nutritional yeast (not necessary, but sometimes I want a little more.. [if you add miso, add after water is boiled and added to the food in the packet, it preserves the probiotics]). I enjoy the meals and appreciate not worrying about dinner. It's a game-changer.
