Definitely the best solution to eating WFPB. Lost 20lbs with some work at the gym. Took a break and gained it back yuck! But that’s cause I stopped eating WFPB.

These do taste really good, but better when you can make your own. Great when busy. Definitely get leaner eating plant based and have more energy.
