I easily get two meals out of one packet for myself and my husband. We have large appetites! We exclusively traveled with these meals for 2 months. I also brought a rice cooker and put LeafSide meals over rice with some shredded cabbage on the side. They are a healthy way to eat, and you can feel good about eating healthy anytime you are not preparing a meal. They saved us from eating unhealthy on the road. They are yummy! 😋

I got my order last week and have had two of these. Wow! I portion them into two as I don’t need a large meal. So tasty and satisfying! I would never make these soups and bowls myself (not liking to cook at all; they are beyond my 'number of ingredients' rule!). Even if I did make them, I’d have too much, be tired of it, and then freezing portions... and just a hassle. What a godsend! Thank you!

OMG! Received my first order today and had the Thai Veggie Noodle Savory-Bowl for lunch. I was expecting okay-tasting food, but nothing special. Imagine my surprise when I tasted it! So delicious. I ordered SOS-free, and seriously, no salt required. The spices are perfect. 😋 I wanted to eat the whole thing but was so full after about half that I have lunch for tomorrow. I'm so excited to try the other flavors and also to say bye-bye to high cholesterol.

I have been especially loving the Sweet-Bowls lately!! They are incredibly filling and nourishing, enabling me to go about my busy work day without even thinking about food for many hours after eating. I love that they are delicious just the way they are (with a touch of liquid stevia for my sweet tooth) or I can add some fresh fruit to them if I want to! They are also delicious as 'overnight oats' when soaked in plant-based milk.
