I love this food. I have tried them with salt, and they did not spike my blood pressure; however, I now order the no salt and enjoy them, and my daughter enjoys them; we can share one, and I steam extra veggies; it's cutting the cost of my groceries and nourishing me more….these will be fantastic for traveling and staying plant-based….excited to see more recipes…

I just placed my first order. My husband is in the ICU, and the food choices in the cafeteria are pretty dismal. I have been spending about $10 per meal, so the price is the same, and Leafside is much healthier. One pack a day, divided over two meals with added fresh fruit and vegetables, should make things better for me. As I have been repeatedly reminded, self-care is essential.

So far, I LOVE the Smoothies, and I've only had one of the Sweet Bowls, and it was great, too. I wish I could afford to buy a month's worth. Regarding the meals, I've only had the Thai Veggie Noodle Savory-Bowl, which was enough for two meals, and so was the Sweet Bowl, but I made myself eat 85% of it (it was delicious).

I just started on my first order this week. I have been having trouble with heartburn, so these are helping. I love beef and bread but will probably have to give them up. So far, I have not had nearly as much trouble with heartburn when I eat LeaSide stuff. I liked everything I ate. And most of the meals are two or three meals for me.

l think someone is incredibly lucky to be able to order ANY meal for less than ten dollars, much less vegan with good quality and not having to tip a driver/delivery person
