I am on my third month of eating Leafside meals. What a difference! No stress, pick what looks good to me that day, and add water; I add a little miso and nutritional yeast (not necessary, but sometimes I want a little more.. [if you add miso, add after water is boiled and added to the food in the packet, it preserves the probiotics]). I enjoy the meals and appreciate not worrying about dinner. It's a game-changer.
