Just got my first box of 23 meals. Tried a couple. The taste is delicious, and the portions are quite generousā€”sometimes enough for two meals! I loved the Sweet Potato Dal Soup! So simple to prepare, and it takes the guesswork out.

I received my first shipment last week, and Iā€™ve had four meals thus far. They are excellent. While I faithfully follow Dr. Gregerā€™s Daily Dozen, I donā€™t want to cook every night. As a result, I am ecstatic to find a reasonably priced source of whole food, plant-based meals that are quick, easy to prepare, and reasonably priced. Iā€™m ordering more.
