I made a big bowl of LeafSide soup. As usual, I jazz it up by adding my spices and fresh vegetables and rehydrating with vegetable stock instead of water. They use only whole plant ingredients, but that still leaves plenty of room for them to find things I never heard of, such as fonio in this case.

You can't beat easy - more budgeting and meals at once would be the way to go. I tried a few - I have a magical feeling, and the truth is we eat pretty clean WFPB. So I couldn't believe how great they made me feel. Super convenient. Whatever you're doing, do more of that!

I am so impressed! I love every single meal and smoothie I've tried. This is such a great way to maintain a truly unprocessed and DELICIOUS vegan diet. I am one happy customer.

I'm eating alliteration for breakfast: Pesto & Peppers Pasta. It also includes pistachios. The pasta is made of beans. I add my spices, fresh vegetables, and vegetable stock to make a giant bowl of delicious, nutritious, hearty soup without work.

I’m loving it so far; it tastes amazing. My favorite is the Thai Veggie Noodle Savory-Bowl with Creamy Forest Mushroom Savory-Bowl, a close second, but they are all delicious!
