Currently at the airport waiting for my flight for a week long conference. Since it is even harder to eat whole food plant based at these things than normal travel, there are 8 LeafSide meals in my suitcase.

I love having these meals on hand as I often get busy and don’t have time to prepare food. Unfortunately, I can’t eat the spicy meals, but the ones I can eat I really like.

I got my box this week and have tried the Creamy Forest Mushroom Savory-Bowl and Golden Garlic Bean Soup and so far I’m super impressed. The flavors are amazing! Perfect size for two.

Thank you for the complimentary bowl with a lid you included in my shipment. The top seals are tight, unlike the one I had ordered through Amazon. Leafside is awesome!! 🙂
