A lot of the meals make two servings for me. No kidding. I sometimes also add extra vegetables and broth to stretch them into 3 or 4 meals. Since I have been on a whole foods plant-based diet, I no longer need blood pressure meds, my hips no longer ache, I have more energy, my macular degeneration and cataracts have halted progression (no kidding!) So with all this in consideration, these meals are worth paying for.

I want to take a moment and thank you for your amazing meals! My husband and I have been whole food plant-based for some time, and with him being a physician, we are thrilled there is an option for great nutrition, ascribing to the science presented in How Not to Die by Dr. Michael Greger.
We travel frequently, which makes truly healthy, balanced meals on the go really difficult.
LeafSide has completely transformed our lives, making busy week nights or travel days a breeze! We are in the best shape of our lives at 60 with optimal BP, cholesterol, and weight, and Leafside is a huge part of making our “healthspan" equal our lifespan. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Keep up the great work!

The LeafSide meals are part of my plan to save my sanity while eating healthily, and reducing our weight & cholesterol. ✅ Cooking vegan from scratch is very time consuming!
These are definitely at least two meals per packet, even more based on some of the Meal-Mod ideas and extensions included on the LeafSide website. So far my husband can't tell that I've been extending the LeafSide meals, and so far he hasn't been able to tell or hasn't seemed to care that they are vegan or vegetarian, THEY ARE THAT TASTY! 😋 I can see stretching the meals further by adding grains & veggies or protein. We do add some seasoning of our own. We have mostly tried the savory menu.
I'm also adding the savings of no shopping, schlepping, slicing, dicing, or planning. My brain is fried & I'm tired of it all. This plan is a lifesaver. 🛟 I might start cooking, again, and I might not. For now, LeafSide will be filling in the gaps.

I started ordering LeafSide in 2018 and their concept is great! 🙌🏼
I have my favorite LeafSide bags stored in the glove compartment of my car, in my carry-on bag, in my suitcase for longer stays, and in my desk drawer. They are my insurance policy that I can always have something WFPB and filling to eat, no matter what my schedule is or where I am. 🌱🥗🌿
As long as I can get some hot water and a bowl, I can have a good meal. 🍲😋
I recommend LeafSide to all my friends who say they don’t have enough time to prepare healthy food and to my friends who travel a lot. 🚗✈️

I'm not much of a cook but I'm a great assembler!
LeafSide meals are easy & quick and I have the peace of mind knowing that I'm getting all the plant-strong nutrition that I need plus delicious taste.
I add some extra veggies like chopped red pepper, mushrooms, & tomatoes, and spinach. I usually add some extra soy curls too since one doctored-up packet makes 2 satisfying meals for me - my lunches.
I'm using some smoothies for light, early dinners in the summer. I follow Dr. Greger and it's comforting to know that he approves LeafSide's nutrient requirements.
When I visit family and friends I always take a couple of meals with me so that I can still have my plant-strong food. I appreciate LeafSide, their company and mission, and their service.
