After reading Dr. Michael Greger’s book “How Not To Die,” I worked hard to try to get the Daily Dozen in my daily routine.

I find LeafSide easy and delicious.

Whole food [unprocessed] plant-based foods work for my body in so many ways: eat all I want, no counting calories, all my lipids are in good shape (total cholesterol <150, HDL 40-90, LDL<80, Triglycerides <150, fasting glucose 60-100, heart calcium score test = 0), and no more visits to the hospital for kidney stones or gout!
