I was hesitant to try these as I was afraid I would be left hungry. I have tried my first 2, the Sweet Potato Dal Soup and Broccoli Cashew Alfredo Savory-Bowl. Both are delicious and filling.

I am on a cross country trip and am eating these. I put them in a thermos in the morning and have a delicious lunch. I highly recommend them. Great tasting and I am not hungry. It keeps me out of the really bad gas station food.
