I had Blue Brilliance Smoothie for breakfast and Thai Veggie Noodle Savory-Bowl for lunch. Easy, nutritious good food. Looking forward to the rest of my goodie box.

I am on the road as a hospice chaplain. I bought this and a water kettle boiler that plugs into my car. What a great way to keep me from driving to restaurants and fast food; I can usually make one into two meals!
