I am frequently on the road or in the air. My biggest problem is healthy food. I had the Blue Brilliance Smoothie this morning. Yummy! I used a hand held blender with small ice cubes - it worked flawlessly. The meals are very light weight and easy to pack. I also use a potable travel kettle to heat water in my car. I will never have to eat poorly again. Thank you!!

I had Blue Brilliance Smoothie for breakfast and Thai Veggie Noodle Savory-Bowl for lunch. Easy, nutritious good food. Looking forward to the rest of my goodie box.

Just received my order and made the Blue Brilliance Smoothie today. Love it. I know some have added other fruit, but I really like the flavor just as it is. It has a little nutty flavor with all the berries. I will definitely order this one again! Now, what meal shall I try for lunch....

Just had the Blue Brilliance Smoothie....very good ... I find that the meals fill in on days I cannot cook ....I take them to work with a plastic container. Steam for 20 min....add some salt or chulula....that works for me ....

The Thai Veggie Noodle Savory-Bowl is one of my favorites, and the Blue Brilliance Smoothie is awesome too!
