I’ve been eating whole food, nutrient-dense meals for over 13 years, and I enjoy cooking. However, this summer I had shoulder surgery and lost the use of my dominant hand for eight weeks. These meals are convenient, filling, and tasty. Some of them I really love and will continue to order when this season has passed. I am so grateful for being able to stick to my eating plan even while I can’t prepare my own food. Plus, while I’m one-handed, or rather, wrong-handed, all can be eaten with a spoon—about all I can manage with my non-dominant hand! Thank you!!!

I used LeafSide for a long trip in May- I found the serving size too big. Flavor was good and ease of prep was good. I’d like to see two options for serving size- one being half the current serving. Thank you for developing a vegan on the go healthy food option! I would definitely recommend- I usually travel with oatmeal packets and peanut butter so this was definitely a step up!

I enjoyed my first delicious meal last night after a long six-hour drive and was happy to know I could eat healthily. I brought my mini coffee maker with me and ran water through to mix my dinner in the beautiful stainless steel bowl I received with my order! The Sweet Potato Dal Soup was delicious!

So far, we've liked everything in our order. My husband and I split each meal. It's enough, although sometimes I'll add a small salad to the Savory-Bowls, or I'll add extra banana and some fresh spinach to the Smoothies. We've gone through all the Smoothies, have two Sweet-Bowls left, and a few Savory-Bowls. I'm running out 😄 What a convenience!
