I am a caretaker for a spouse with dementia and find LeafSide meals are easy to fix for myself. Occasionally, I can feed my spouse a meal, such as Black Bean & Chunky Tomato Soup, and he thinks there's meat in it—a big requirement for him. I also fix us each half a Vanilla Cinn-sation Smoothie around 3 p.m. when we both need a ''pick me up''. There's something about it that holds us over until suppertime. Thanks!

That time when you have a snowstorm coming, and your first LeafSide order shows up right before it hits! 👏👏👏🥳🥳
My review so far: this is my first box. We've tried the Thai Veggie Noodle Savory-Bowl, Berry Medley Sweet-Bowl, and Apple Cinnamon Crunch Sweet-Bowl. Enjoyed them all. It's definitely important to stir before letting it soak in hot water. Filling meals...even just eating half. We saved half our breakfast for a snack. So easy to make with handy Tupperware.

I really like LeafSide meals for the ease of preparation! I'm looking forward to my next shipment.

Most of the bowls I eat in two servings. I usually add a couple of fresh veggies on top. I usually eat the Thai Veggie Noodle Savory-Bowl all at once. There are many times I do this because I don't want to cook, as it has already been a long day. I am happy knowing I am getting the nutrition I need. I just ordered some more today.

Tried one of the new LeafSide freeze-dried meals tonight, the Tex-Mex Savory-Bowl. It was actually quite delicious, not too spicy, and SOOO healthy! The homemade guacamole and the nice sweet Riesling completely rounded out the dinner. We have five more to try, but all in all, I’d say it was a winner (boil the water, add and stir, cover for 10 minutes, enjoy… that’s it)
