I've been plant based for over thirty-three years and as a mom of three I made healthy homemade meals a priority. For years I spent at least three hours everyday in the kitchen making dinner and packing lunches.

Now that my kids are grown and I'm working full time LeafSide meals ensure I get nutritionally complete meals! ❤️ 🌿

I use them everyday for my lunch at work and never have to resort to carryout. It's so easy to prepare I can do it last minute.

I usually add a handful of frozen fruit and put it all into a food jar so it stays cold.

For the first time in my adult life someone is looking out for my health and I can't tell you how nice that feels. I wish LeafSide continued success! 🎉

LeafSide is fantastic, this is like an answer to my prayers. Believe me. I cannot believe how great this stuff is.

I am so busy and it is so hard for me to eat healthy and I don't have time to make stuff. Just to have this really delicious food where all I have to do is add boiling water is too good to be true!

It is an investment for us and it is worthwhile. I am so enthusiastic about these meals. This is absolutely genius. I would have never believed you can make such healthy food that tastes so good, so easily!

We are not vegetarians but we are limiting meat. This is definately pushing us towards that. This is making it easier to go in that direction. It has really impressed me.

I feel like I'm gushing. When I ate this stuff I couldn't believe how good it was. When I made the meals and realized how filling and satisfying they were it was like wow! I am SUPER impressed!

You guys are awesome for doing this! It was almost like it had an energy to it that I couldn't explain!

I just got a box today. I have been out of meals for a week and couldn't wait to have a yummy bowl of Broccoli Cashew Alfredo Savory-Bowl! Yum, thank you LeafSide. It was great, even my kids love it too! Delicious!

I just discovered LeafSide recently and got my first delivery. I've tried about 6 meals so far and I'm MIND BLOWN! 💥 This is literally THE BEST prepped meal service I've ever heard of! I'm so grateful and happy I discovered LeafSide, thank you a million times! 🙏

I became a nutrition geek a couple of years ago after encountering some health problems when I moved to the United States and started eating the Standard American Diet. I'm very familiar with Dr. Greger's fascinating work, and all the other doctors mentioned on the website. I'm absolutely fascinated with the scientific approach the company is taking, communicating, and educating. I'm telling everyone around me about LeafSide, and I hope the company grows to be the biggest food subscription service.
