Been using LeafSide for 13 months. Great customer service. It has brought my husband's LDL down 100 points from 250 to 141.
It has normalized his thyroid, he can have full sun exposure without burning, he no longer snores and sleep apnea is gone!
His malignant tumor shrank 85% and he lost 40 lbs too.

The LeafSide meals have been a godsend. I've been struggling with anemia (B vitamins) for about a year. These are the first meals that have begun restoring my energy levels. I've been struggling with hyper-reactive skin breaking out since my mid-20s and for the first time in almost 25 years have had it calm down. All the sweet bowls tasted great and gave me energy. I'm happy to have found these meals and have been recommending them to friends and family.

I'm an avid fan and perhaps even follower of LeafSide! I eat at least one meal per day, sometimes two!
Thank you LeafSide for all you do to make my life easier and healthier. 👍 I wish I would have discovered these meals years ago when I began my plant-based journey. I've lost weight since I started eating LeafSide meals 3 months ago, and I'm feeling better overall. I'm finally consuming more well-rounded nutrition than ever before.
My favorites are the Creamy Forest Mushroom Savory-Bowl, Sweet Potato Dal Soup, and Broccoli Cashew Alfredo Savory-Bowl.
I love these meals! I have a busy schedule and these meals not only give me the nutrition I need as a plant based athlete, but also free up a lot of time in meal prep. I am an ultra distance cyclist and I have a huge race in June 2020 called the Race Across the West. It is a 930 mile race with a 3-1/2 day time limit. It starts in Oceanside CA, through Arizona, Utah and finishing in Durango, CO. It is one of the toughest ultra races in the world.
I am using the race as a fundraiser for Feeding America and to use it to bring awareness of proper nutrition through whole food plant based diet. I am a two-time cancer survivor and was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis about 7 years ago. At the time of my RA diagnosis, I ate a lot of fast food, and processed food.
It was taking a lot of medications to control inflammation and other chronic medical conditions. I transitioned to a whole food plant based diet 6 years ago and my whole life has changed! I am completely off all medications and now doing ultra distance cycling races of 400 plus miles.
One of the things I love so much about LeafSide meals is that I can take them with me on the road and use them to fuel me before, during and after the races when I am not at home. I am insured that I will have good 100 percent plant-based meals when I travel. I love your meals!!!
This is the most delicious food! The variety is amazing. I just started yesterday with two meals, one sweet and one savory. I was amazed that after only one day, I slept uninterrupted all night long. When I woke up, my head was clear and my stomach felt calm. This is the food I have been dreaming of since my decision to adopt the WFPB vegan diet. Thank you so much!
