I give these a thumbs up for people who can't cook for any reason. They taste good, are made with wholesome ingredients, and meet Dr. Michael Greger's recommendation of 12 foods to have daily. I recommend them to anyone who wants to go plant-based with no added SOS.

I'm so in love with these meals. I get the benefits of the daily dozen with the convenience of fast food. The fact that they taste great made me order twice in one week!

LeafSide is amazing I absolutely love them! I haven't had one that I didn't enjoy.
Being whole food plant-based, it was nearly impossible to find good quality food with no oil or sugars.
Thank you so so much LeafSide, I am so gratefuly for how easy, fresh, and delicious the meals are! Working in healthcare doesn't leave me with a lot of time to take care of myself and this has really helped me. I also can't believe it's Dr. Greger approved, I'm a huge supporter.

I get about three meals out of each savory bowl because I make rice or a baked potato and top it with part of the savory bowl.
This is working out great for me! Preparation-free, reasonably-priced meals. Each meets Dr. Greger's "Daily Dozen" checklist. No salt, sugar, or oil. Loaded with nutrition! 🥗🍚💪
