These meals make it easier to follow a WFPB diet. I have one smoothie and one other meal daily, along with lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. Slowly learning cooking methods.
For new plant-based individuals, these meals help you stay on track while learning to cook plant-based. They make the transition much easier.
I love these. On busy or tired days, they keep me on the right track.

Your meals work very well for me! I enjoy them very much. I've been eating primarily plant-based for ten years and I like everything!
My favorite smoothie is the Mint Chip Smoothie, my favorite Sweet-Bowl is the Cacao Raspberry Sweet-Bowl and my favorite Savory-Bowls are the Creamy Forest Mushroom Savory-Bowl, Broccoli Cashew Alfredo Savory-Bowl, and Pesto & Peppers Pasta Savory-Bowl.

I got my first 1 of everything box yesterday & I had the Apple Cinnamon Crunch Sweet-Bowl this morning & loved it! 😍
I have Dr. Greger's books and I'm thrilled he is a fan too! I appreciate all the thought and WFPB nutrition put into each meal. I'm tracking my favorites & will place another order in the next week! Thank you so much LeafSide!
