LeafSide Smoky Pea Soup is tasty and lives up to the claim of smokiness. I bulked it way up by adding a 14 oz bag of shredded cabbage and carrots meant for making coleslaw. I added a whole carton of unsalted vegetable stock, apple cider vinegar, and spices like black pepper, red pepper, garlic, and nutritional yeast for more flavor and nutrition. It's still instant food with no prep work required and impeccable dietary credentials.

I'm eating alliteration for breakfast: Pesto & Peppers Pasta. It also includes pistachios. The pasta is made of beans. I add my spices, fresh vegetables, and vegetable stock to make a giant bowl of delicious, nutritious, hearty soup without work.

Day 3 of week meal plan. Drizzled balsamic stuffed portobellos. I made a mistake on my order so I had to substitute Broccoli Cashew Alfredo Savory-Bowl but it was still amazing! I will do it right next month.
