These meals are terrific, considering they are whole food plant-based. I was sent a sample of their bowls, smoothies, and soups. I have tasted over half of the product and have been very happy with the quality. The serving is HUGE. I have split each packet with my husband and have been very satisfied. Thank you, LeafSide, for making meal prep so easy and nutritious.

I know all I need to add is hot water. And all my orders have been superbly delicious. But I have taken an extra step at home, added 1 cup of black beans to my pot, and seasoned it with the black bean tomato soup packet. OMG, it is deliciously flavored, filling, and nutritious. I added white beans to the mushroom packet and made a marvelous white bean and mushroom soup. LeafSide is a genius. Thank you!!

I made burgers using the Baked Mushroom Lentil burgers recipe but used the Tex-Mex mix instead. Easy to make and bake. I had a little extra mix I didn’t want to waste, so I made a couple of little meatballs! These will be good with some avocado, tomato, and lettuce on a bun! Thanks, LeafSide, for the wonderful recipe ideas!

I love LeafSide! It’s so lovely to have a simple to prepare a hearty meal. And one that is compliant with vegan/WFPBNO and many other lifestyles. I frequently have extra rice and noodles on hand and mix them with one of the soups, stretching them to two meals. I’m often asked what my favorite is - it’s the last one I had! I love them all.
