I'm eating alliteration for breakfast: Pesto & Peppers Pasta. It also includes pistachios. The pasta is made of beans. I add my spices, fresh vegetables, and vegetable stock to make a giant bowl of delicious, nutritious, hearty soup without work.

Day 3 of week meal plan. Drizzled balsamic stuffed portobellos. I made a mistake on my order so I had to substitute Broccoli Cashew Alfredo Savory-Bowl but it was still amazing! I will do it right next month.

Today's very fancy instant oatmeal from LeafSide!

Why do they sneak kale and mustard seeds into oatmeal? For nutrition reasons, I'm sure. You can't actually taste them when you eat it.

The meals are really filling! Most packs last me 2-3 meals (although some I eat the whole thing) so you could look at it like $3-$5 each if you save the leftovers 🙂. I think it’s worth it!
