I love LeafSide! I read Dr. Pai's book "Inflammation Nation" and decided to lower my inflammation by becoming vegan.
I am a terrible cook, hate the organizing and shopping and cooking and clean-up. My sister follows Dr. Greger and other vegetarian/vegan food aficionados online and sent me an email about LeafSide. I immediately connected to the quality claims. I am so pleased!
I use some of the meals as a topping on beans or rice or potatoes or bean noodles, then top it with Foragers sour cream, and voila - I have perfect meals! 😋
I couldn't be happier. One package easily makes 2 big meals. I know I'll find even more ways to dress it up, and it's healthy and has such a nutritious variety of foods. Thank you, thank you, LeafSide! I thank my sister all the time for sending it to me. 🙏
