What I just did with the Tex-Mex Savory-Bowl: baked spaghetti squash and added roasted carrots, mushrooms, peppers (chopped and added), included frozen corn, and used 2 cans of salt-free diced tomatoes. YUM—this will be about four meals. Saved me from all the additional ingredients put in there from the LeafSide meal.
