Nine months with LeafSide and also eating a lot of salads. My cholesterol has plummeted, even when I eat a little bit of junk, because I'm mostly eating LeafSide meals, it's plummeting my cholesterol and A1C.

So far I have had two Savory-Bowls and two Sweet-Bowls in three days. Changed nothing else. Dropped 3 pounds!! Totally unexpected!

My lunch today was a kale salad and the Cacao Cherry Smoothie - so good! I probably should have split the smoothie into 2 servings but it was too yummy šŸ˜‹
