Enjoyed my first LeafSide meal last night. As suggested on the website, I stuffed some portobellos with it and added a topping of caramelized onions and peppers to 'stretch' it for two! I loved it.

Loving, loving these delicious meals and the newfound freedom and bump in health they have given. It feels like having one's own chef. It's not only the day-to-day convenience but also about providing proper nutrition that travels with you or stores for emergencies, solving many vegan problems. That is a huge gift! Thank you so much. This was a surprise for my spouse, and he was thrilled. He needs easy but healthy meals for work. I think these could be great choices for retired people who are tired of cooking but still need good nutrition. They could also be good options for people living in care facilities. Have you ever seen the food in hospitals and nursing homes? Terrifying!
