LeafSide meals are delicious!!!
They're super easy to prepare; boil water, and add according to the directions. Then, wait for 10 minutes, and it's done.
They're also very filling!

I order 12 soups/bowls each month and stretch each meal into two lunches by adding extra veggies, beans, or soy curls & spinach. This gives me 24 lunches. Easy! Thanks for the Dr. Greger suggested Daily Dozen nutrition.

My wife and I rely on these a lot, especially during ski season. I highly recommend them. My favorites include pretty much all of the Sweet-Bowls and Smoothies, as well as the Lentil Tomato Pasta Savory-Bowl, Black Bean & Chunky Tomato Soup, Creamy Forest Mushroom Savory-Bowl, Madras Curry Savory-Bowl, and Creamy Potato Leek Soup.

I just had Creamy Forest Mushroom Savory-Bowl last night, and it was absolutely wonderful! I usually add a little extra water to mine because I like it a little thinner, but it's absolutely delicious and so filling. I can definitely see how you can make two meals out of one packet

The meals make a lot. Sometimes I stretch the soups by adding simple ingredients to make enough for four servings. I like the smoothies the best. Some of the meals are a hit, and some are a miss, but I feel so much better since I started eating them.
