I received my first box yesterday and made the Golden Garlic Bean Soup last night and the Berry Medley Sweet-Bowl this morning. Both were delicious and so easy to make! I have a new baby at home, and as a breastfeeding mom, I need meals that are nutrient-dense and satiating, along with being quick and easy to make, and these check all those boxes.

The Broccoli Cashew Alfredo Savory-Bowl is dynamite! I just got my first shipment, and that is the first one I tried last night. The vegetables taste great, the cashew sauce with its seasonings - yum, and the tofu adds a chewy dimension. It's amazing that it’s so low in calories, so delicious, and so very filling! If you are not used to eating big, you could get two meals out of this, with half of it and a salad on the side with light dressing each time. And it would still have a lot of protein.

Just got my first box today and had the Tex-Mex Savory-Bowl savory bowl for dinner. Outstanding! And I couldn't eat all of it! I had a steamed veggie as a side and had to save half the bowl for tomorrow. I think I'm in love! Definitely an impressive start! ❤️❤️❤️

I was apprehensive about the price until I ordered LeafSide. It’s worth it for the days I just can’t make myself something. I get two servings from most meals.It makes more than it looks like. LeafSide is perfect for when I’m traveling and staying with non vegans so I don’t have to have them go out of their way for my meals.

We bought LeafSide meals for when my husband travels for business. All the catered office lunches consisted of really unhealthy options. He’d bring his LeafSide bag out, with his little stainless steel bowl, boil up some water and make his lunch while everyone quizzed him about his great smelling food.
No compromises! 🙌 Now he has them in his own office for when he forgets to bring lunch from home. Great that they are shelf stable.

I just discovered LeafSide recently and got my first delivery. I've tried about 6 meals so far and I'm MIND BLOWN! 💥 This is literally THE BEST prepped meal service I've ever heard of! I'm so grateful and happy I discovered LeafSide, thank you a million times! 🙏
I became a nutrition geek a couple of years ago after encountering some health problems when I moved to the United States and started eating the Standard American Diet. I'm very familiar with Dr. Greger's fascinating work, and all the other doctors mentioned on the website. I'm absolutely fascinated with the scientific approach the company is taking, communicating, and educating. I'm telling everyone around me about LeafSide, and I hope the company grows to be the biggest food subscription service.
