I love LeafSide meals! The smoothies and soups are my favorites. I was so surprised that eating so few calories would fill me up. I know that I'm getting the nutrients that my body needs! Thank you so much for your research and work on creating the meals.

I love everything I have tried. These are awesome for this noncook. My cooking cuts off when there are more than a few ingredients and many steps. I won’t do it. I’d never make these meals. Yes, you can make them yourself if you are willing. You can also order them SOS-free. Try them!

To those in doubt, give it a try. I'm glad I did. I am gradually building up to eating one Leafside a day. I cook sweet potatoes and add them to each LeafSide meal, which typically makes two meals. In the past, I've added brussels sprouts, peas, squash, tahini, and pasta sauce. The convenience, deliciousness, nutrition, and veganism are great.

I find them unattractive, but I don't care. I would never make these recipes (too many ingredients and too many steps), and I love the nutrition!! I am working on my first order; they last a while since each meal makes me 2 or 3 servings. I add some riced cauliflower to the Tex-Mex Savory-Bowl and roll it up into a burrito....yowza!
