So far I have had two Savory-Bowls and two Sweet-Bowls in three days. Changed nothing else. Dropped 3 pounds!! Totally unexpected!

I had the Broccoli Cashew Alfredo and I figured out that if I followed the instructions, but doubled the soaking time to 20 mins, they tasted even better!
I am about 60% of the way through my first box now and doing great. Everything tastes good and I am losing weight even though I am close to reaching my calorie limit each day. All the meals are super filling and even though my cravings to snack haven't gone away, I am honestly too full most of the time and I just skip the snack.

I went all in ordered eight packs of all six different Savory-Bowls and I am eating two of those a day. I have been a junk food vegan for a long time and have severe swelling and weight issues. So far I loved the Sweet Potato Dal Soup, and the Lentil Tomato Pasta Savory-Bowl. The Thai Veggie Noodle Savory-Bowl I squeezed some fresh lime on it before serving. I did order SOS-free to follow Esselstyn's program. My goal is to lose 180lbs and really just get healthy. I am on no meds at all and blood tests from a few years ago (and 60lbs ago) were surprising good. I am hopeful my issues are all weight related.
Thanks Leafside, I'll be putting in another large order near the end of the month and this time I am going to do half Smoothies and half Savory meals. At 60, I am hoping this is my last time on the rollercoaster. Peace!

I'm a huge fan of the LeafSide meals and I want my patients to find easy ways to be healthier. They have so many reasons that they cannot exercise due to physical ailment or time, but when I tell them I lost 43 lbs without exercising one extra minute per week: it was alllll diet! I have not found any easier way to eat healthy than having LeafSide meals delivered to my door and adding boiled water for 10 minutes.
