I’m obsessed with Dr. Greger and nutrition, but I am a lazy, lousy cook. Thanks for making it possible for me to eat healthy without the effort!
I have finally tried all of your meals, and I love them! I can’t thank you enough for how much you have improved my life.
I have about 20 pounds to lose, and I finally found the meal plan to help me achieve it. Keep up the great work, Leafside!

I love these meals! They've kept me full and happy when life had me on the go. I'll be ordering more! Great, ready-to-go, shelf-stable meals. I ordered these when I knew I would spend extended time with family to help with medical issues, and I wouldn't have time to prep or shop. These were a lifesaver!!! I'll order more for home and to stash in family cupboards.

Curiously enough, we had tried Splendid Spoon before switching to your company. It would've spoiled, and even if it didn't, it would have been much harder to prepare than your freeze-dried food. My wife just had shoulder surgery, and I had a stroke several years ago, so preparing food was tough for us. I'm glad we found you guys, and your customer service is awesome, too!

I love this food. I have tried them with salt, and they did not spike my blood pressure; however, I now order the no salt and enjoy them, and my daughter enjoys them; we can share one, and I steam extra veggies; it's cutting the cost of my groceries and nourishing me more….these will be fantastic for traveling and staying plant-based….excited to see more recipes…

I LOVE your meals. I'm WFPB, no SOS, AND gluten intolerant...
But you can accommodate my dietary needs. And the food is delicious & convenient. Thanks for offering a salt-free version.
