I made the Tex-Mex Savory-Bowl for my husband and me and extended the servings with a can of black beans, and a pouch of quinoa and brown rice! The meal had tremendous flavors and we even had leftovers! I'm thrilled to have easy, go-to, plant-based meals when I'm pressed for time! šŸ¤©
