OMG! Received my first order today and had the Thai Veggie Noodle Savory-Bowl for lunch. I was expecting okay-tasting food, but nothing special. Imagine my surprise when I tasted it! So delicious. I ordered SOS-free, and seriously, no salt required. The spices are perfect. 😋 I wanted to eat the whole thing but was so full after about half that I have lunch for tomorrow. I'm so excited to try the other flavors and also to say bye-bye to high cholesterol.

I want to share how much of a savior my LeafSide meals have been. As you may know, SW Florida is currently dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. I am fine, and our high-rise complex fared well as it was built to withstand a Category 5 hurricane.
After the storm passed, I was able to make LeafSide meals with room temperature bottled water. I let the mix sit for 4 hours, and it absorbed the water, tasting wonderful even when served cold! Now that we have water and power restored, I can prepare meals with boiling water. LeafSide allowed me to have nutritious food along with fruits and veggies that didn't require refrigeration.
During this challenging time, LeafSide was a true savior. Thanks for creating such delicious and healthy meals.

I just wanted to say I’m excited to try these meals for the first time. I use the Daily Dozen app and stumbled across this website while researching freeze-dried foods. I’m so happy to order from a company that follows whole food plant-based science and the Daily Dozen checklist!! Thank you for offering this!

I have been eating LeafSide for a couple of years, and they are awesome!! Healthy, delicious meals in 10 minutes. Perfect when I'm in a hurry or need something easy when visiting others who aren't health-conscious.

I got my first box this week and am thrilled with the quality, nutrition, and taste. So far, each package has been two meals/servings for me. I successfully resisted the urge to eat out or order in and have faithfully stayed on my WFPB diet. I am going to order 12 every 2 or 3 months. Freeze-dried produce is not cheap, nor should it be. Thanks, you all!
