Just received my first order yesterday! I ate half of the Madras Curry Savory-Bowl on top of some rice and cauliflower, so delicious and filling.
This morning I had the Apple Cinnamon Crunch Sweet-Bowl. So filling and yummy. I think I'll eat half next breakfast. Looking forward to a healthier me!

I love LeafSide meals. A 'medical miracle' happened on Monday with the doctor saying he no longer detects any thyroid problem and I had it for 16 years with prescribed medications. I told the doctor about your meals.

I use LeafSide meals regularly for times that I am traveling or out of the house babysitting grandkids, etc., knowing I’ll need a meal somewhere before I get home, or no time to prepare food when I return. They are easy, nutritious, and tasty!

I went all in ordered eight packs of all six different Savory-Bowls and I am eating two of those a day. I have been a junk food vegan for a long time and have severe swelling and weight issues. So far I loved the Sweet Potato Dal Soup, and the Lentil Tomato Pasta Savory-Bowl. The Thai Veggie Noodle Savory-Bowl I squeezed some fresh lime on it before serving. I did order SOS-free to follow Esselstyn's program. My goal is to lose 180lbs and really just get healthy. I am on no meds at all and blood tests from a few years ago (and 60lbs ago) were surprising good. I am hopeful my issues are all weight related.
Thanks Leafside, I'll be putting in another large order near the end of the month and this time I am going to do half Smoothies and half Savory meals. At 60, I am hoping this is my last time on the rollercoaster. Peace!

I use LeafSide meals and am able to have half the meal during the day, reducing calories yet maintaining the high nutrient content. They are delicious, and I love them on the second and third days as well. They store well in the fridge, taste great as they store, and reheat wonderfully. My bloodwork has improved a ton using them in addition to salads, etc. This has been over 16 months now.
