I made a big bowl of LeafSide soup. As usual, I jazz it up by adding my spices and fresh vegetables and rehydrating with vegetable stock instead of water. They use only whole plant ingredients, but that still leaves plenty of room for them to find things I never heard of, such as fonio in this case.

I want to take a moment to thank you for providing such delicious and nutritious WFPB meals. I eat one almost every day, and they perfectly complement my lifestyle.
Thank you for being so careful only to include healthy WFPB ingredients in the meals. And for making them so tasty!

I really enjoy and depend on my LeafSide meals to keep me eating a healthy, whole food plant based diet. I often add a few more ingredients but both my husband and I enjoy all your recipes! Thanks.

I am diabetic, and when I switched to a plant-based, high-carb, low-fat diet, my blood sugars went down. Not up.

These do taste really good, but better when you can make your own. Great when busy. Definitely get leaner eating plant based and have more energy.
