So far I'm thrilled! I had the Apple Cinnamon Crunch Sweet-Bowl. I love each meal can make two small servings. Just right for a 66 year old woman who doesn't always want to cook. I feel like I've got enough food for a month! I'm very happy! Thank you!

I'm on day three of these and I love them! I can only eat half of a smoothie at a time. I put the whole bag in the blender, grind, and then put half back in the bag. I then add one cup of coconut milk to the half in the blender, about a cup of and blend. They are perfect!
