LeafSide meals have been lifesavers. I've been sick for two weeks, and it would have been impossible to cook for myself. I have two adult disabled children who are also sick (I had a week of meals made for them, but nothing for myself). I also enjoy these meals on a regular basis. I don't think I could have stayed WFPB without these meals and will always keep a week on hand.

I have found the portions on some of them to be huge—enough for at least two meals. I like them especially when I’m on the road since every truck stop has hot water. For freeze-dried food, it’s both healthy and nutritious, and not bad tasting. Most I found to be really good. I kept the leftovers in my freezer here and just used them up when I was looking for an easy meal.

I made my first one yesterday, the Sweet Potato Dal Soup. I put half of it over some baked sweet potato. It was very good, and I'm so glad it wasn't heavy on salt. One-half is plenty for one meal. I can see adding other fresh vegetables to it, but I was at work. I want to use these for camping, day trips, and for days at work when I haven't cooked.

I just had the Creamy Forest Mushroom Savory-Bowl for lunch and I am stuffed! It's really tasty!

I really love that LeafSide meals can be made with just water for faster preparation, and I usually get two meals out of one package. I especially love that LeafSide has started coming up with additional recipes using one package, plus a few other ingredients, and presto, you can feed 4-6 people on one meal. I hope they'll continue to come up with more recipes. 🤞 Bonus: The staff is excellent at responding to questions!
