LeafSide is marvellous! I try to follow Greger's Daily Dozen, and this makes it much easier. Healthy, plant-based, convenient, inexpensive, and no wasting of food, they transport well, simple to make. The staff at LeafSide is wonderful as well. My favorites are the 🫐🍓 Berry Medley Sweet-Bowl and Tex-Mex Savory-Bowl. Yummmm!

My hubby and I have been plant based for almost 10 years. We’re both in our mid 50’s. When we started, there weren’t a lot of vegan “fast food” options or “junk food”. Gradually, almost without thinking, we’ve replaced a lot of our food with very crummy food - vegan, yes. Whole food? Nope. So we’ve gained some weight, and, more importantly, our cholesterol has gone up and our blood has changed for the worse. Then, miraculously, our doctor recommends LeafSide. Btw: we live and travel full time on a boat so getting wfpb has been an issue anyway!

After just two weeks of both of us eating LeafSide, we feel like a million bucks! We’ve lost weight and our energy is higher. The LeafSide meals are so nutritionally dense that we feel full quicker and stay full longer.
LeafSide has been, literally, a life saver for both of us. We feel so grateful to have this option! Thanks, LeafSide, for providing such an incredible service to plant based eaters!

This is the most delicious food! The variety is amazing. I just started yesterday with two meals, one sweet and one savory. I was amazed that after only one day, I slept uninterrupted all night long. When I woke up, my head was clear and my stomach felt calm. This is the food I have been dreaming of since my decision to adopt the WFPB vegan diet. Thank you so much! Most days I eat one LeafSide meal. I would rather be outside exercising than chopping and dicing in the kitchen.

LeafSide's healthy, balanced, whole food plant-based, prepared meals are INCREDIBLY INEXPENSIVE. They save me time and money, AND I can take them on the road where I usually only find chain restaurants that are terrible for your health. Also, I weigh 190 lbs and CAN EAT, but these meals are so full of fiber that I have to save half for later, so half the cost of a full meal. This is a deal and it’s amazing!
