We're getting through our first LeafSide box. We don't feel as hungry as we used to, and we have more energy, no bloating, and we’re losing weight. 👍 The meals are packed with all kinds of nutrients.

Sometimes we first do things like saute extra veggies (fresh or frozen), potatoes, onions, etc., and one LeafSide meal turns into two. It also thickens it up, and adds more texture. We love experimenting that way. And very easy on time, money and dishes! ✅ Definitely will order again.

LeafSide's healthy, balanced, whole food plant-based, prepared meals are INCREDIBLY INEXPENSIVE. They save me time and money, AND I can take them on the road where I usually only find chain restaurants that are terrible for your health. Also, I weigh 190 lbs and CAN EAT, but these meals are so full of fiber that I have to save half for later, so half the cost of a full meal. This is a deal and it’s amazing!

I received my order last Friday. I was a little skeptical because sometimes online reviews are hard to believe, but I decided to give it a try. I've tried the Apple Cinnamon Crunch Sweet-Bowl, Lentil Tomato Pasta Savory-Bowl, and a smoothie this morning. They have been awesome! I actually split the bowl and pasta dishes into two meals. Very filling. I've been following Dr. Greger for a couple of years and have several of his books. But I just cannot cook all those meals for just me. (My husband refuses to try anything without meat.) So I may have just found the perfect solution to eat plant-based with enough variety and plenty of taste. Looking forward to trying the rest of my order!

Go LeafSide! Thank you so much for helping this whole food plant-based marathoner complete my Boston Marathon #9 and Marathon #62. Just before Boston, I ran the Tokyo Marathon and the San Diego Half Marathon—my half marathon #84. With 4 marathons in 7 weeks, I need that whole food plant nutrition for speedy recovery. When I’m not preparing delicious meals from Dr. Greger’s How Not to Die cookbook, I’m grateful for LeafSide's wonderfully nutritious meals. Can I mention I am addicted to these? Love them all! I’ll admit the first few times there was a mushy texture issue for me, but after a few meals, you get over it. It’s awesome knowing they are WFPB, healthy, and practically meet the daily dozen. I definitely feel so much better after a week on these. Easy, nutritious, and delicious. I do two to three meals a day. Definitely the Sweet-Bowl for an easy breakfast and usually a Smoothie midday. Evenings are either a cooked meal or another LeafSide meal. 76 on my last order—takes planning, shopping, and balancing nutrition in meals to a new level.
