I love LeafSide meals! The smoothies and soups are my favorites. I was so surprised that eating so few calories would fill me up. I know that I'm getting the nutrients that my body needs! Thank you so much for your research and work on creating the meals.

As a Special Education teacher, these meals are useful for lunches and dinners during the week. I get 2 or 3 meals out of each pack as I pair them with a salad. I love the ease and quickness of preparation! The flavor is good and I'm too full for dessert after.
I look at the ingredients listed on the pack and add to it so it's enough for the family! For example, today, we had the Madras Curry Savory-Bowl. I added a can of chickpeas (garbanzos), and served it over brown rice with raisins and cashews sprinkled on top. Delicious!

I find them unattractive, but I don't care. I would never make these recipes (too many ingredients and too many steps), and I love the nutrition!! I am working on my first order; they last a while since each meal makes me 2 or 3 servings. I add some riced cauliflower to the Tex-Mex Savory-Bowl and roll it up into a burrito....yowza!
